We know our current main dining experience across our fleet is one of the reasons guests sail with us time and time again. To maintain this essence of the Celebrity dining experience on Edge, we created the Cosmopolitan Restaurant—the next evolution of our current main restaurants. The walk-through wine display at the entrance sets the scene for the creative cuisine within—new American with global influences.

Tuscan Restaurant

Step inside Tuscan Restaurant and discover the delicious ambiance, with a modern classical design inspired by Italian fashion and film and mouthwatering cuisine inspired by authentic southern Italian eateries. In Tuscan Restaurant, you’ll savour Italian-inspired dishes, featuring all homemade pastas prepared with a rustic flair. From a Classic Italian Negroni cocktail to mouthwatering Rosemary Roasted Chicken and a hearty bowl of Tagliatelle Carbonara, your taste buds will get a tour of southern Italy without even stepping ashore.

Tuscan Restaurant is one of the four complimentary main restaurants onboard Edge Class, and is inspired by the speciality dining venue Tuscan Grille found onboard our Solstice and Millennium Class ships.

Cyprus Restaurant

In Cyprus Restaurant you’ll discover a stunning atmosphere that perfectly reflects the Mediterranean fare served here. In Cyprus, the menu’s main focus is seafood and features simple, clean dishes that celebrate the food and beverages of the Mediterranean region.

Sip a Black-Olives Brine & Strawberry Martini. Start your meal with a Moroccan Lentil Soup. Amaze your palate with the Basque-style Cod as an entrée. The menu choices are inspired – and exclusive to Cyprus Restaurant.

Cyprus Restaurant is one of the four complimentary main restaurants onboard Edge Class, and is designed by world-renowned designer, Patricia Urquiola.

Cosmopolitan Restaurant

The walkthrough wine display at the entrance of our Cosmopolitan restaurant sets the scene for the cuisine to be enjoyed here – new American with international influences. With an exclusive menu, including dishes like the Classic Manhattan cocktail, an appetiser of Seared Scallops, and a succulent Braised Beef Short Ribs, you’ll discover favourite dishes prepared in exciting ways that will make them your brand-new favourites all over again.

Cosmopolitan Restaurant is one of the four complimentary main restaurants onboard Edge Class, and maintains the essence of the main dining rooms onboard our Solstice and Millennium Class ships with its wine display.

Normandie Restaurant

Normandie Restaurant features contemporary French cuisine in a modern, upscale, refined design that evokes the romance of springtime in Paris, with a color palette reminiscent of cherry blossoms in full bloom. Discover regional European wines, unique cocktails, including Le Forum Cocktail (a perfectly proportioned blend of gin, vermouth, and Grand Marnier), tantalising starters like the Alsatian Potato and Gruyere Tart, and main courses such as Cassoulet of Confit Duck. It’s refined, delicious, and oh so French.

Normandie Restaurant is one of the four complimentary main restaurants onboard Edge Class, inspired by our elegant Murano speciality dining venue offered on several of our Solstice and Millennium Class ships.

Luminae

Dining onboard our Edge Class ships is an exclusive affair for our Suite Class guests. On Edge Class, our Suite Class restaurant Luminae becomes Luminae at The Retreat, and forms part of our luxurious, private space exclusively for our guests staying in Suite Class accommodation – The Retreat. Luminae is the highest-rated restaurant in our fleet and is sumptuously designed by Kelly Hoppen, featuring menu items that change daily and are not available in any other restaurant onboard. Luminae, of course, is complimentary for guests in Suite Class.

Fresh, innovative and seductively simple. Welcome to Blu – where your favourite dishes are given a healthy and contemporary twist. Exclusive to our AquaClass guests, Blu celebrates simplicity by removing fussy processes and pioneering natural ingredients. The result? Clean and crisp flavours that taste amazing – and that make you feel pretty great, too.

Inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, the interiors of Blu are characterised by cool, refreshing blues and large windows, offering plenty of natural light. Flexible dining, personal service and open seating all contribute to the friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Try the best cuisine at sea.
The fare on offer at Blu may be health-conscious – but our chefs refuse to compromise on flavour. Think charred veal loin with roasted vegetables, or tender steak served with a truffle vinaigrette rather than a heavier béarnaise sauce. Don’t worry – there’s plenty of desserts to choose from, too! The menu changes daily, so there’s always something new to try.

Blu is also open for breakfast, so make sure to stop by and try the homemade muesli and freshly-whizzed smoothies.

Fine Cut Steakhouse

Fine Cut Steakhouse delivers an upscale dining experience for dinner with service that’s elevated to an art form. Match that with views overlooking the three-storey open design and stunning al fresco seaside dining on a private, hedge-lined terrace that looks out over the sea. Inside, the space is warm and inviting with a glamorous palette of rich ruby, amber, and gold design elements. There’s even a distinctive, private dining room within the restaurant that’s enveloped within a wine storage installation. The design was inspired by the superior workmanship of a couture jeweler – in fact, we affectionately refer to this dazzling space as the “jewel box”.

While the design creates an ambiance of sophistication, the cuisine offers up the sizzle – literally. With a wide selection of the choicest meats to the freshest, premium seafood, there’s something for everyone here. From the grill, try the Tomahawk Ribeye for Two or the 30-day Dry-aged Prime Strip Steak. And, with a wide selection of premium sauces and toppings to choose from, you can have your steak exactly the way you like it.

Yes. Fine Cut Steakhouse has everything to satisfy even the most devoted steak lover, but there’s so much more than the finest premium steaks here. Try Grass Fed Lamb Chops, the Pan Roasted Main Lobster Tail with creamy lemon sauce, or the Slow Roasted Chicken. What’s more, there’s a complete section of fresh, premium seafood to choose from.

Beyond the delicious entrées, you’ll find classic starters, like The Steakhouse “Wedge” salad or the Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and the perfect side dishes, including Smoked Bacon Mac & Cheese and the Parmesan Truffle Steak Fries. Every meal offers endless combinations, so you’ll always find exactly what you’re taste buds are craving.

Le Grande Bistro

Inspired by classic French bistros, Le Grand Bistro bubbles with the mouthwatering sights, scents, and sounds of a bustling boulangerie-patisserie. Designed to transport you to a bistro in the heart of Paris, Le Grand Bistro creates a richly authentic dining experience.

In the morning, enjoy a cappuccino and a fresh, warm croissant or pick up a baguette to go. For lunch, try the artisanal cheeses, fresh breads, and macaroons (made right onboard), and a wide selection of wines that offer the perfect pairing with your meal.

Depending on what time of day you dine here, you’ll find the ambiance changes from morning to evening. A signature copper espresso maker anchors the light and airy café by day, and a custom floor to ceiling wine armoire creates a glowing and romantic bistro by night. There’s also a variety of seating options available – from the sidewalk café that overlooks the stylish Martini Bar below to the inner café that offers stunning views of the sea and the world beyond. And, if you don’t have time to sit down, you can step up to the counter at Bistro to Go for some delicious light fare to take with you.

Le Grand Bistro is also home to the revolutionary Le Petit Chef. Using innovative technology, we’ll bring your tabletop to life with Le Petit Chef – an animated character who appears beside your plate and prepares each course you’ll be enjoying right in front of you before you’re served the actual dish. It’s an immersive, mind-blowing fusion of entertainment and dining like nothing you’ve experienced before. Le Petit Chef will be featured in the evening at Le Grand Bistro.

Magic Carpet

Reaching 13 storeys above sea level, the Magic Carpet is the world’s first cantilevered, floating platform, and the highlight of the exterior of our Edge Class ships. This spectacular space opens to several decks onboard and transforms into a new and exciting venue depending on where it’s positioned.

On deck 5, Raw on 5 is visited by the Magic Carpet, which becomes an open-air casual seafood restaurant alongside Raw on 5. With its own menu of select Raw on 5 favourites as well as unique menu items found only on the Magic Carpet – including raw bar items, the Alaskan California Maki Roll, Lobster Rolls, Tuna Nicoise Salad, Popcorn Shrimp, Crispy Crab Cakes, and so much more – the Magic Carpet at Raw on 5 is not to be missed. When the two restaurants meet, you’ll have the incredible opportunity to dine al fresco as you glide over the glistening water below.

As the Magic Carpet makes its way up the side of the ship, it reaches the very top level, where it becomes an extraordinary sky-high restaurant where we host an exhilarating and mouthwatering experience we call Dinner on the Edge. Get ready for a unique, al fresco culinary journey that satisfies your taste buds, your eyes, and your sense of wonder all at the same time. Please note that Dinner on the Edge is not yet available to make reservations.

Raw on 5

It makes sense that in the middle of the ocean, you might think “seafood”. Well, we’ve taken that to heart as inspiration for our new restaurant, Raw on 5.

Raw on 5 has an amazing array of delicacies from the sea – and beyond. At the entrance, you’ll be greeted by a dramatic raw bar display showcasing an abundance of fresh seafood, including oysters, crab, and lobsters. Inside, you’ll see our sushi chef creating mouthwatering bites, fresh sashimi, caviar, and an incredible selection of champagnes. The spirited menu features unique cocktails like the Spicy Mango Tini, and there are even sections of the menu dedicated to Vodka and Champagne selections.

Start your meal off with something from the Raw section, perhaps the Oysters or the Scallop Ceviche. Or how about a vodka to pair with your caviar? There’s a hot section, too, with Crispy Crab Cakes, Steamed Mussels, and more. In fact, there’s such a wide assortment of Sashimi, Rolls, and Ceviche that you’ll want to come back time and again to catch all of the incredible offerings.

Rooftop Garden Grill

The Rooftop Garden on our Edge Class ships is a living urban playscape inspired by childhood playgrounds and designed to awaken the inner-child in all of us. It’s a lively, spacious environment at the top of the ship that’s perfect for slowing down, wandering, and daydreaming – and satisfying your cravings for mouthwatering backyard BBQ. Nestled perfectly in its own delicious corner of the Rooftop Garden, the Rooftop Garden Grill serves up gourmet backyard favourites.

Whether you visit for lunch or dinner, start your outdoor culinary journey with Smoked Chicken Wings or the Pulled Pork Slider Trio (just to name a few). You can choose your favourite ingredients and create a custom Chop Chop Salad when the Mobile Salad Cart rolls up to your table. Try your hand (you’ll need both of them, actually) with the House Smoked Turkey Club sandwich or the Rooftop Angus Porter Burger. In the evening, choose from a variety of grilled and smoked favourites, including Grilled Lamb Chops and Hickory Smoked Brisket. And, if you’ve saved room, satisfy your sweet tooth with the Mason Jar S’mores.

Eden Restaurant

Eden Restaurant is a place where dining is taken to new and exciting places. It features a lively, open air kitchen and menus that deliver sensory and experiential dishes served by performance artists we call Edenists. Let your inhibitions go and set your senses free with innovatively mouthwatering specialties inspired by nature. Dinner at Eden Restaurant isn’t a meal – it’s a unique, personal culinary journey that transports you through Eden itself.

Before entering Eden Restaurant, you’ll start at Eden Bar on the second level. Subtle cues will excite your senses and lead you on a path to Eden Restaurant on the first level. Once seated, your Edenists will serve a choreographed series of culinary temptations that will not only thrill your taste buds, but every other sense as well. Just when you think it’s finished, you’ll once again be prompted by sensory cues that tempt you back up to Eden Bar for The Crescendo – an amazing end to your experience.

TableMation Studios is the perfect fit for Edge, as the work they do is truly revolutionary and represents the future of dining. Using innovative technology created by Skullmapping and presented by TableMation Studios, we’re bringing your tabletop to life with Le Petit Chef – an animated character who appears beside your plate and prepares each course you’ll be enjoying right in front of you before you’re served the actual dish.

It’s an immersive, mind-blowing fusion of entertainment and dining like nothing you’ve experienced before. Le Petit Chef will be featured evenings in one of the restaurants onboard our Edge Class ships – Le Grand Bistro – and, it will be rolled out across the rest of the Celebrity Cruises fleet, as well.
